This website is purely informational. It uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics and no contact form. Personal data is processed only as far as needed to deliver the website or to handle your enquiry.

The website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, referrer, and browser and operating-system information, to deliver the site securely and reliably and to fend off attacks.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare. Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (EU Commission adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR).

If you contact me by email or phone, I process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, content of your enquiry) to answer it and, where relevant, to prepare a project with you.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (interest in answering enquiries). I delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations (in particular under commercial and tax law) apply.

This website includes a link/button that lets you contact me via WhatsApp. Clicking it opens WhatsApp with a message addressed to me. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, part of the Meta group of companies; data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA as part of this.

Processing of your message and any related data (e.g. phone number, profile information, message content) takes place within WhatsApp and is governed by Meta's own privacy terms, over which I have no influence. The legal basis for my own processing of your enquiry is, as described under item 4, Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

All fonts used on this website are hosted locally. Visiting the site does not create a connection to Google or any other font provider.
